A saint, Guru and a great person must have following Qualities:

1. One who, in our view, is truly knowledgeable and a knower of the Truth and excepting him there is no unusuality and speciality, noticeable in others.

2. One who knows the essence of Karmayoga, Jnanayoga, Bhaktiyoga and other means of realisation correctly.

3. One, in whose company or by whose words, all doubts in our mind, even without inquiring, are automatically removed.

4. In whose presence, happiness and peacefulness are felt.

5. Who seems to maintain contact with us, only for the sake of our good.

6. Who expects nothing at all from us.

7. Whose all endeavours are devoted to the good of the aspirants.

8. In whose proximity, our desire for our goal increases by itself.

9. In whose company or by (vision) Darsana, discourses, memory etc., our defects and bad acts are removed and by  itself we are blessed with good qualities and a behaviour of divine richness.
