खण्डग्रास चन्द्रग्रहण (Khand grass chandragrahan)

A partial lunar eclipse will be visible in North- East India and Most part of East Asia (Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Phillipins,Bangladesh), Central China, Australasia, North East America and Indian and Pacific Oceans on Sat, 26 June,2010.

Timing of Partial Lunar Eclipse (India)

The eclipse will start at 15:47 Hrs (IST) of 26 June 2010 and continue till 18:30 Hrs (IST). The phenomenon will reach its greatest magnitude around 17:09 Hrs IST

The next  lunar eclipse will be on 21 December 2010.

ग्रहण का सूतक SUTAK TIME

The Sutak will start from 06:47 Hrs (IST) of 26 June 2010 and and continue till 18:30 HRS (IST) of 26 June

Vedas recommend not to eat anything during this period.

In Vaastu chakra of your home, moon governs the northwest corner (vaayu kon). During parvkaal, Vaastu recommends moon worship by chanting ॐ चन्द्राय नम: Om Chandraya Namah (108 times) for spiritual upliftment. You can also chant ॐ नम: शिवाय OM Namah Shivaya or Mahamrituanjaya Mantra.
